The biggest ever crane to land in the United States was a big one, but it was actually made of steel and not steel beams.
The 3,000 tonne crane from the United Kingdom’s Dyson is believed to have been moved to the White Houses grounds after a collision with the South Tower of the World Trade Center earlier this month.
The crane landed on a hill in South Carolina on April 14 and crashed directly into the South Street entrance to the South White House.
As of April 15, the crane was at the site of the crash site.
The tower collapsed during the attack and some of the metal fell into the building below, destroying the South Stairs.
The US Capitol, which was built in 1909 and opened in 1913, sits atop a hill overlooking the South Lawn of the White Senate, according to the Associated Press.
