— A new survey finds blue crane driving costs are rising at a slower pace than those of white crane operators.
The new report from the Blue Crane Travel Service says blue crane operators are spending an average of $8 per day, or $3 per hour, on transportation costs.
White crane operators spend an average $4 per day or $2.50 per hour on transportation, but that figure is expected to jump to $8.25 per day.
The report also shows the cost of using blue crane trucks to transport people across the country has increased, with a record high of $7.70 per hour in 2018.
The average white crane driver spent $6.50 to transport an average 300 people.
Rents are expected to rise by about 20 percent over the next decade as the economy improves.
