Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he is looking to bring the motor to the Cowboys’ new home in Inglewood, California, to help with the process of restoring a crane used to haul the team’s buses, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Jones said Wednesday that the motor will be “up and running” on Monday, a day before the Cowboys visit the Los Angeles Rams in Ingleside.
It was reported that the team has been using a crane at its new stadium in Ingleston since September.
The team has also used the same crane at a new facility in nearby Burbank.
It will be up and running for the first time on Monday and will be used for the next three games in California before heading back to Cowboys Stadium.
The move comes after the team announced it would lease a new $150 million football stadium in downtown Los Angeles for the 2018 season.
